The first appointment is mostly listening. We take your health history, then assess your face while you talk and while you rest. You hear what we would do, what we would not, and what it costs. Nothing gets added while you are in the chair, and nobody is pushed toward a decision they did not come in for.
We are owned by Tasha Wright Ford, RN, a Master Injector, and Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), who is also our Medical Director, with Kelly, our aesthetician, on the team. Everyone here assesses your skin first, then recommends what genuinely fits you.

About Tasha
Tasha Wright Ford co-owns GlamWright Medical Boutique and is a Master Injector with more than 22 years as a registered nurse and more than 16 years injecting. She takes a full health history and a complete facial assessment before any injectable treatment, then maps a plan to your anatomy rather than a template. Her focus is facial balancing and the kind of result that reads as rested rather than treated.

About Dr.
Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) and Medical Director at GlamWright Medical Boutique. She leads the wellness side of the practice, including hormone replacement, peptide therapy, and medically supervised weight management, and she reviews the clinical standard the whole team works to. Her approach looks past a surface concern to the systems underneath it.

About Kelly
Kelly is an aesthetician with more than 17 years of experience and a background in Los Angeles, where she still travels monthly to keep current. She handles facials, peels, dermaplaning, and skin-health planning, and she is known for reading a skin barrier accurately and treating it gently. Her plans favour calm, healthy skin over doing too much at once.

About Kendall
Kendall is an aesthetician with more than 20 years in aesthetics, and she keeps current with advances in skincare and in long-term treatment planning for the face and the body. On the skin she performs microneedling, RF microneedling, and exosome, PRX and PDRN treatments. She also offers full scalp microneedling with exosomes for thinning hair. On the body she runs EMS sculpting, EMS pelvic floor sessions and Emtone. She builds personalized supplement plans too.

Tasha Wright Ford, RN co-owns GlamWright Medical Boutique with Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, NMD, and places every injectable here. She has 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. She sets the clinical standard the whole team works to, and she is usually the person who calls you back.
Tasha is a Master Injector, a designation earned through advanced injectable training. She assesses first and explains each step out loud, so you know the plan and the price before anything is opened.
