No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that time cannot be offered to another patient, so we ask every patient to respect the following policy.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice before your appointment. With that notice there is no charge, and your spot can be offered to another patient.

Card on File

To confirm your appointment, your card is authorized for $35 but not charged. Your card is only charged if you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $35 charge to the card on file. This amount is communicated to you when you book, so there are no surprises.

Deposits

A deposit is collected at booking for a small number of treatments: $100 for Bellafill and NAD+ IV Therapy, and $50 for Form, PRF, Sculptra, full-face LaseMD Ultra, and KeraLase hair restoration. How the deposit is applied is explained to you when you book.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that the next patient is not delayed.
