Compounded Fat Dissolve

Small pockets of fat can sit somewhere a device cannot reach well. Compounded fat dissolve is an injectable solution prepared for the area being treated. At our Phoenix boutique, Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), signs off before anything is drawn up.

What Fat Dissolve Addresses

Where Fat Dissolve Earns Its Place

small pockets that hold on treated with compounded fat dissolve in Phoenix

Small Pockets That Hold On

Defined areas that stay put while the rest of you responds to training and food. Injectable work suits pockets a device cannot sit against cleanly. Tasha Wright Ford, RN measures the area before anything is agreed.

Causes+

Where your body stores fat is set by genetics and hormones rather than by effort, which is why some pockets never move.

How Fat Dissolve Works

What to expect, step by step

Tap to flip

Treatment Day

Day 1

Swelling and tenderness in the treated area for the first several days. Small areas swell less than the chin does with Kybella, but plan for it.

Tap to flip

Reduction Begins

Weeks 2-4

Swelling clears and the pocket starts to read smaller as the body clears the treated fat. The change is gradual rather than a single morning.

Building Over a Course

Weeks 6-12, per session

Most areas want more than one session, spaced about six weeks apart. The full result reads a couple of months after the last one, and the cells treated do not come back.

Medical Oversight

Who Signs Off on Your Syringe

A compounded solution is prepared by a compounding pharmacy for the area being treated. That only means something when a medical file sits behind it. At this boutique one does.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is our Medical Director and directs wellness care at the boutique. She reads your history, your medications, and your labs before any protocol is set. Her motto is the one we work by: everyone will notice and no one will know.

Tasha owns GlamWright Medical Boutique and brings 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. She places the injectables here, on a marked area rather than by eye. She is also the one who says when a pocket will not answer.

You see the contents and the reason for each one before anything is opened. We will not put a name you saw on social media in front of an assessment. Nor will we swap one in to close a booking.

We see patients at 707 E Palo Verde Dr, Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85014, in Uptown Phoenix. Patients drive in from across the valley. Call 602-469-8693 and we will find a time that works.

How We Work

How Your Solution Gets Decided

Nothing is picked off a board here. Your history, your medications, and the area itself decide what is prepared, and a Naturopathic Medical Doctor approves it before a syringe is drawn.

Step 01 · History

We Take a Full Health History

The first appointment is mostly listening. We ask about your medications, your surgeries, your liver and kidneys, and what a normal week looks like for you. Bring recent labs if you have them.

Good Questions

Fat Dissolve Questions,
Answered

The things patients ask before a first appointment. If yours is not here, call 602-469-8693 and ask.

It is an injectable solution prepared by a compounding pharmacy and placed into a small, defined pocket of fat. It works on the cells it reaches, and your body clears what is broken down over the following weeks. It is not surgery and nothing is removed through an incision.

Kybella is a manufactured product approved by the FDA specifically for the fat under the chin. A compounded solution is prepared for the area we are treating and is used where that approval does not apply. Tasha Wright Ford, RN explains which of the two your area calls for at your consultation.

Patients arrive having searched a specific brand name they saw on social media. What we place here is a compounded solution prepared for the area being treated, approved by Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD). You see exactly what is in the syringe before it is opened.

This is planned across sessions rather than as one appointment. The size of the pocket and how you respond to the first session both move that number. We will not quote a count before we have measured the area, and the plan arrives with the price at your consultation.

Numbing goes on first and we wait for it to work. Most people describe stinging and warmth through the injections, which settles once they finish. Swelling and tenderness in the area afterwards are expected. Tasha checks in as she works and stops whenever you ask.

No. They address a defined pocket and they do nothing for appetite, metabolism, or overall body weight. If a scale number is the goal, Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), directs our medical weight care and will take that conversation instead. We say so before you book.

Certain liver, kidney, and autoimmune situations rule it out or change what can safely be used, and pregnancy does as well. That is exactly why the health history comes first at our Phoenix boutique. Bring your medication list and any recent labs, and Dr. Mkrtchyan will read them.
