What to expect, step by step
Weeks 1-4
The plan starts with the cause found in the assessment and blood work. Some patients see a little extra shedding as follicles reset. That is expected and it passes.
Months 3-4
Hair grows on a slow cycle, so the first new growth reads as fine, short hairs along the part or the hairline. Photos from the first visit are how we track it.
Months 6-12
Density and coverage keep improving through the first year. How far it goes depends on the cause and how early it was caught, which is why the assessment came first.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is our Medical Director and orders the testing behind your plan. Thyroid, iron, and hormone status all change what a sensible route looks like, and she would rather correct a cause than treat over it.

Kendall performs full scalp microneedling with exosomes, a session aimed at thinning at the root. It runs inside the plan Dr. Mkrtchyan builds from your testing, after she has looked at the cause.
We photograph set areas of your scalp at the first visit and at every review, under the same conditions. Hair moves too slowly for memory to judge fairly. The photographs decide whether a plan is working.
