RF Microneedling

Some laxity does not answer to a needle alone. RF microneedling in Phoenix sends radiofrequency energy through the channels and into the layer beneath. Tasha Wright Ford, RN decides whether that depth belongs in your plan.

  • Radiofrequency energy through micro-channels
  • Reaches deeper than needling alone
  • Depth and energy set after a facial assessment
  • Your device named to you at consultation

What RF Microneedling Addresses

Where the Energy Earns Its Place

jowls and lower-face laxity treated with rf microneedling in Phoenix

Jowls and Lower-Face Laxity

The jawline that used to read as one clean edge and now reads as two. Lower-face laxity is a depth problem rather than a surface one.

Treatments+

Energy delivered under the surface prompts the deeper layer to tighten as it repairs. Tasha assesses how much laxity is present before she offers this at all.

Causes+

Collagen and elastin decline, fat pads shift downward, and the skin over them has less to hold onto.

How RF Microneedling Works

What to expect, step by step

Tap to flip

Treatment Day

Day 1

Skin reads warm, pink and slightly swollen; the radiofrequency adds heat that plain needling does not. Most of it settles within a day or two.

Tap to flip

Surface Settles

Days 2-5

Redness fades and the skin may feel dry. The channels have closed. The energy delivered beneath the surface is what the next weeks are about.

Tightening Builds

Weeks 6-12, per session

Radiofrequency remodels collagen deeper than needling alone, and that takes longer to show. Tightening reads gradually over the weeks after each session; a series of three is usual, with the full result a few months after the last.

The Platform Follows the Assessment

Why Patients Choose Us

The Platform Follows the Assessment

Most people arrive naming a machine they read about online. We start from the other end, with your skin, and pick the tool afterward. Nothing gets added while you are in the chair.

Your plan is set by Tasha Wright Ford, RN, Master Injector, 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), is our Medical Director. Kelly, our aesthetician of 17+ years, works alongside them, and Kendall, our aesthetician, performs RF microneedling here.

Every plan follows a full health history and a facial assessment. Both happen before a needle is opened. The platform, the depth, and the energy level are all decided from that read, and Tasha explains each of them to you.

You hear what we would do, what we would not, and what it costs. If plain microneedling or a resurfacing laser suits your concern better, we say so. Nobody is sold the treatment with more energy attached.

Good Questions

Your RF Microneedling Questions,
Answered

The things patients ask before a first session. If yours is not here, call 602-469-8693 and ask.

It combines two things. Fine needles pass through the surface to create controlled micro-channels. Radiofrequency energy is then delivered through those needles into the layer beneath. The channels prompt collagen near the surface while the energy works deeper. That combination is why it is chosen for laxity and scarring rather than for pigment or redness.

Plain microneedling creates the channels and stops there, working close to the surface. RF microneedling adds heat through the needles, so the deeper layer is treated as well. Neither one is automatically better. They suit different concerns, and Tasha Wright Ford, RN assesses your skin before recommending either.

We match the platform to your skin rather than to a brand name you read about online. At your consultation Tasha names the device she plans to use, the depth, and the energy level. She explains why she chose each of them. If a platform we do not run suits your concern better, she will tell you that too.

Lower-face laxity, loose skin, acne scarring, texture, enlarged pores, and stretch marks are the usual reasons patients book it. It is not a color treatment, so pigment and redness are handled by IPL or by a peel instead. Tasha will tell you which category your concern actually falls into.

Topical numbing goes on first and we wait for it to take effect. Most people describe pressure and heat rather than sharpness, and energy treatments do read stronger than needling on its own. We check in as we go, and we will slow down or stop whenever you ask.

That depends on how much laxity is present, your medications, your history of scarring, and anything active on your skin right now. We take a full health history and assess your face before booking you. Some people are better served by needling alone, by a laser, or by nothing at all for now.

Collagen remodelling is slow, so this is usually planned as a series rather than a single visit. We will not quote a session count before we have looked at your skin, because that number is part of the plan. You get it at your consultation, along with the price.
