Sexual Health & Enhancement

Patients searching for vaginal rejuvenation in Phoenix are describing something specific: dryness, laxity, or discomfort. Most have stopped mentioning it. You can say it out loud here, and we treat it as a clinical question.

  • A clinical consultation first
  • Naturopathic medical oversight
  • Non-surgical care only
  • Referred out when appropriate

What It Addresses

What Patients Raise With Us

dryness and discomfort treated with sexual health & enhancement in Phoenix

Dryness and Discomfort

It gets mentioned at the end of an appointment, quietly, as an afterthought. It is a clinical symptom and it deserves the same assessment as anything else. We ask when it started and what else changed around then.

Medical Oversight

Who You Will Be Talking To

Two clinicians handle this care at GlamWright Medical Boutique, and no one else is in the room. Sexual health is treated here as medicine, with the same history, the same file, and the same discretion.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is our Medical Director and leads wellness care at the boutique. She looks for hormonal and medical causes before anything is treated locally, and she is direct about what falls outside our scope.

Tasha owns GlamWright Medical Boutique and brings 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. Her rule holds here as it does everywhere in the boutique: assess first, recommend second, and never sell from the chair.

You are seen in a closed room, your notes sit in your medical file, and nothing is photographed without written consent. We do not use patient stories from this service in marketing of any kind.

707 E Palo Verde Dr, Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85014, in Uptown Phoenix. Patients travel in from across the valley. Call 602-469-8693 and we will book the consultation quietly.

Tasha is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and her expertise in Botox is exceptional. I live in another state and still choose to wait to see her because she is that good. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care and amazing results.

How We Work

Assessment Before Any Treatment

This is the area of medicine where patients get sold to most and assessed least. We invert that. A full history, a clear recommendation, and a referral out whenever your concern belongs elsewhere.

Step 01 · History

We Take a Full Health History

Symptoms, timing, births, surgeries, medications, and hormone history. The sequence of when things changed is usually the most useful detail you can give us.

  • When symptoms started
  • Medication and hormone history
  • What you have already tried

FAQ

Sexual Health & Enhancement Questions

It is a marketing umbrella rather than one procedure, which is why the term causes so much confusion. Underneath it sit several non-surgical approaches aimed at comfort, dryness, and tissue quality. What matters is which symptom you have, so the consultation starts with your symptoms rather than with a treatment name.

No. GlamWright Medical Boutique is a non-surgical practice and we do not perform surgical procedures such as labiaplasty. Some concerns genuinely need a surgeon or a urogynecologist. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), will tell you when yours is one of them.

Dryness, discomfort, changes after childbirth, changes around menopause, and leaking with a cough or a laugh. Most patients have lived with it for a long time before booking. None of it is unusual to us, and none of it will get a reaction in the room.

PRP is prepared by drawing a small sample of your own blood and concentrating part of it. It is used in several areas of aesthetic medicine, including scalp work at our boutique. Whether any PRP-based option is appropriate for your concern is decided at the consultation, not before it.

Yes. You are seen in a closed room, your notes stay in your medical file, and nothing is photographed without your written consent. We do not use patient stories from this service in any marketing. You can pause or stop any part of an appointment at any point.

Then you hear that at the consultation and you leave with a direction rather than a booking. Pain, bleeding, and some pelvic floor presentations belong with a specialist, and saying so is part of the job. We would rather refer you out than treat around a problem.

Often, yes. Symptoms in this area frequently track hormonal change, and treating the tissue while ignoring the cause tends to disappoint. Dr. Mkrtchyan decides whether a panel belongs before treatment and explains what she is looking for and why at your first appointment.
