IV Therapy

Some weeks you run on empty and coffee stops helping. An infusion puts fluids and nutrients into your bloodstream. People ask about IV therapy for weight loss, for recovery, and for steady energy.

What It Addresses

Reasons Patients Ask for a Drip

low energy and fatigue treated with iv therapy in Phoenix

Low Energy and Fatigue

You sleep, and you still wake up flat. Dehydration and thin nutrient stores can sit underneath that. An infusion delivers fluids and vitamins without asking your gut to absorb them first. We read your history before we build one.

How an Infusion Works

What to expect, step by step

Same Day

Day 1

Fluids and nutrients go straight into the bloodstream, so hydration is immediate. Most patients feel the difference by the end of the infusion, and some feel it later that evening.

Effect Holds

Days 1-3

How long the lift lasts depends on what was in the bag and why you needed it. Recovery infusions tend to feel done in a day; nutrient infusions are working for longer than they feel.

On a Plan

With a Cadence

Infusions are not a one-off fix for an ongoing problem. If the assessment found a reason to repeat, Dr. Mkrtchyan sets a cadence, and that is the part that changes how you feel week to week.

Who Signs Off on Your Drip

Wellness care at GlamWright Medical Boutique runs under a Naturopathic Medical Doctor. That is the difference between a menu of drips and a protocol somebody approved. You leave knowing why yours looks the way it does.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is our Medical Director and directs wellness care at the boutique. She reads your history, your medications, and your labs before any protocol is set. Her motto is the one we work by: everyone will notice and no one will know.

Tasha owns GlamWright Medical Boutique and brings 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. She built the practice around assessment first. That habit carries into wellness, which is why the history comes before the needle.

We see patients at 707 E Palo Verde Dr, Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85014, in Uptown Phoenix. Patients drive in from across the valley. Call 602-469-8693 and we will find a time that works.

You hear what we would do and what we would not. If a drip is not the right call for you this month, we say that out loud. You leave with a plan and a price, and you decide on your own time.

Tasha is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and her expertise in Botox is exceptional. I live in another state and still choose to wait to see her because she is that good. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care and amazing results.

How We Work

How Your Infusion Gets Decided

Nothing is picked off a board here. Your history, your medications, and your labs decide the contents, and a Naturopathic Medical Doctor approves them before a bag is spiked.

Step 01 · History

We Take a Full Health History

The first appointment is mostly listening. We ask about your medications, your surgeries, your kidneys and heart, and what a normal week looks like for you. Bring recent labs if you have them.

FAQ

IV Therapy Questions

It can support a weight plan, and it does not replace one. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), looks at your history, your labs, and what you have already tried before she recommends anything. If a drip is not the right tool for your goal, she will tell you that at the consultation.

Fluids plus a mix of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids chosen from your assessment. We do not publish a fixed formula, because the point is that yours gets built rather than picked off a board. You see the full contents and the reason for each one before it runs.

That depends on why you came and how you respond. Some patients book once around travel or a hard stretch of work. Others come on a rhythm Dr. Mkrtchyan sets after reading labs. We will not put you on a standing schedule you did not agree to.

You feel the catheter go in, and that part is brief. After that most people forget it is there and read or answer email. Our nurses place lines every day. If the arm feels wrong at any point during the infusion, you say so and we stop.

Certain heart, kidney, and pregnancy situations rule it out or change what we can safely use. That is exactly why the health history comes first at our Phoenix boutique. Bring your medication list and any recent labs, and Dr. Mkrtchyan will read them before she writes anything.

No. A shot goes into muscle and takes a moment. A drip runs into a vein over a longer sitting and carries fluid volume with it. Which one suits you depends on your goal and your schedule, and we walk you through both at your consultation.
