Something is off and the label on it keeps moving: sleep, mood, weight, drive. Hormone replacement therapy in Phoenix starts here with a panel and a conversation. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), reads your levels before anything is written.

What It Addresses

What Patients Come In With

fatigue that sleep does not fix treated with hormone replacement in Phoenix

Fatigue That Sleep Does Not Fix

You go to bed early, you stay in bed, and the morning still feels like a climb. Hormones are one of several things that sit under that. A panel tells us whether they belong in the conversation at all.

Causes+

Thyroid, iron, sleep quality, stress load, and sex hormone levels all feed into fatigue. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), works through them in order rather than assuming the answer.

How HRT Settles

What to expect, step by step

Tap to flip

First Changes

Weeks 1-2

Sleep and mood are usually the first things to shift once the protocol starts. Some patients notice nothing yet, which is also normal at this stage.

Tap to flip

Steadier

Weeks 4-8

Energy, focus and how you feel through the day tend to settle here. Labs are rechecked to see how your levels have responded, and doses are adjusted on those numbers rather than on a schedule.

Holding

Months 3 and On

By three months most patients know how the protocol suits them. From here it is monitoring and small adjustments. Dr. Mkrtchyan sets the recheck interval for your case.

Who Manages Your Hormone Care

Hormone replacement at GlamWright Medical Boutique is Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan's clinical territory. She takes the history, orders the panel, writes the protocol, and rechecks it. One clinician, start to finish.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is our Medical Director and leads hormone and wellness care at the boutique. She reads your panel with your history beside it, and she is direct about the cases where hormone therapy is not the answer.

Tasha owns GlamWright Medical Boutique and brings 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting. She set the standard the whole boutique runs on: assess first, recommend second, and never sell from the chair.

We see patients at 707 E Palo Verde Dr, Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85014, in Uptown Phoenix. Patients drive in from across the valley. Call 602-469-8693 and we will find a time.

Sleep, weight, mood, and intimacy are the reasons most people book this appointment, and all four are awkward to raise. You will not get a reaction here. You get questions, a panel, and a plan.

Tasha is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and her expertise in Botox is exceptional. I live in another state and still choose to wait to see her because she is that good. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care and amazing results.

How We Work

Testing First, Then a Protocol

Hormone care goes wrong when someone prescribes from a symptom list. We measure, we explain the numbers, and we build the protocol around what your panel and your history support together.

Step 01 · History

We Take a Full Health History

Symptoms, timing, medications, surgeries, and family history. When something changed matters as much as what changed, so we spend the time to get the sequence right.

  • Symptom timeline in your words
  • Medication and supplement list
  • Any labs from the last year

FAQ

Hormone Replacement Questions

Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the ones your body already produces. That is the whole meaning of the term, and it is not a promise of a better outcome. Whether it suits you depends on your panel, your history, and your risk picture. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), reviews all three at your consultation.

Testing starts with the consultation, because the panel is chosen from your history rather than ordered blind. Dr. Mkrtchyan selects the markers your symptoms point at, then walks you through the results in plain language at a second visit. Call 602-469-8693 and we will get the first appointment on the books.

Patients most often describe fatigue that rest does not fix, lower drive, softer strength gains, and a shorter fuse. Those signs overlap with thyroid problems, poor sleep, and iron issues, which is exactly why we measure rather than assume. Low testosterone is a lab finding read alongside your symptoms, never one on its own.

Keep your primary care physician. What we add is a clinician who works with hormone panels every week and has the time to go through yours line by line. Dr. Mkrtchyan is happy to coordinate with your physician, and we will refer out when something sits outside our scope.

Several delivery forms exist across this field, and they differ in how often you dose and how steady your levels stay. Which one suits you depends on your panel, your schedule, and your tolerance. Dr. Mkrtchyan explains the form she recommends for you and the reasoning behind it at your results visit.

We will not put a date on that, because the honest answer varies by person, by marker, and by starting point. Anyone who gives you a fixed number before seeing your panel is guessing. Dr. Mkrtchyan gives you a realistic window once your results are in front of both of you.

Safety is an individual question, not a general one. Your history, your family history, and your panel decide whether therapy is appropriate and what monitoring it needs. Dr. Mkrtchyan goes through the risks and the checks with you before anything starts, and some consultations end with a recommendation not to proceed.
