What to expect, step by step
Day 1
Small bumps at the injection points settle within the hour. Jeuveau is placed for the frown lines between the brows, so that is the only area that is working on anything today.
Days 2-5
The pull between the brows eases first. Most patients notice they can no longer make the full frown before they notice the line itself has softened.
2 Weeks to 3-4 Months
Complete at around two weeks and reviewed then. The frown returns gradually. Most patients treat every three to four months, and we tell you at review if a different dose would suit you better.

Every injectable plan here starts with a complete health history. Medications, prior neurotoxin treatments, autoimmune conditions and pregnancy all change what is appropriate. Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), is our Medical Director.

Jeuveau is a neurotoxin, the same family of product as Botox and Dysport. It relaxes the muscle underneath a line so the skin above it stops folding. It was developed for aesthetic use only, and its approval is for the frown lines between the brows.
They work the same way and are placed in a similar way. The differences are in how each product is made and how individual faces respond to it, which is why some patients find one holds better for them than another. Tasha chooses between them on assessment, and she will tell you if there is no reason to switch.
It depends on the area treated, the dose placed, and how quickly your body clears the product. Muscle strength and how often you use the area both shift the answer. Rather than quote a number that may not be yours, Tasha gives you a realistic window at your consultation.
Not straight away. The muscle responds first and the skin above it follows, so the change reads gradually rather than at once. Tasha sets the expectation for your area before you book anything.
Often, yes. Tasha reads your history with the previous product first, including dose, placement, and how the result held. A switch is worth trying when the pattern points that way. It is not worth trying just because the product is newer.
The needle is fine and the placements are quick. Most patients describe a pinch and a brief sting, and then it is done. Tasha works in small increments and checks in as she goes. You can drive yourself home afterwards.
