Meet the Team

Four people look after you at our Uptown Phoenix boutique, on purpose. The person who assesses your face is the person who treats it, and you see the same team at every visit. Nobody hands your care to a stranger.

Tasha Wright Ford, RN

Co-Owner and Injector, Master Injector

22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting

Tasha co-owns GlamWright Medical Boutique with Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, NMD, and places every injectable here herself. She has 22+ years in nursing and 16+ years injecting, and she is a Master Injector.

Her work starts with a full health history and a facial assessment. Both happen before a needle is opened. She reads your face at rest, in movement, and in profile, then decides where the volume actually belongs and where it does not.

She treats proportion rather than one feature, and she places less rather than more. If a treatment is wrong for you, she says so in the room. Nothing gets added while you are in the chair.

Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan co-owns GlamWright Medical Boutique with Tasha and is our Medical Director, a Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD). She directs the medical side of the practice and the standard the whole team works to.

Her focus is what sits under a surface concern. Hormones, energy, and weight all shape how skin behaves, so a plan here can start further back than a face.

Her own line for this work is the one we hold everyone to: everyone will notice and no one will know.

Kelly

Aesthetician

17+ years in the industry

Kelly is our aesthetician, with 17+ years in the industry and a background in Los Angeles. She still travels back monthly to treat clients there.

She handles facials, peels, dermaplaning, and the skin-health planning that sits around a treatment plan. She reads a skin barrier accurately and treats it gently.

Her plans favour calm, healthy skin over doing too much at once. Where your skin needs a pause rather than a peel, she will tell you.

Kendall

Aesthetician

Kendall is an aesthetician at our Uptown Phoenix boutique with more than 20 years in aesthetics. She has stayed current with advances in skincare and in long-term treatment planning, and her work covers both skin and body.

On the skin side she performs microneedling, RF microneedling, and exosome, PRX and PDRN treatments. Patients book them for texture, tone and the look of pores. For thinning hair she offers full scalp microneedling with exosomes.

On the body side she runs EMS sculpting for the arms, glutes and legs, plus EMS pelvic floor sessions. She also offers Emtone for the face and body, and builds personalized supplement plans.
