Tasha Wright
RN, CANS, BLS & ACLS
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Tasha Wright is a Master Aesthetic Injector known for her precision, artistry, and ability to create effortlessly refined, natural results. Her career began in the Neurological Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital, followed by an influential role alongside renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Toby Meltzer in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Tasha’s expertise spans neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, PRP, microneedling, IV nutritional therapy, and advanced cannula techniques. In 2025, she was recognized as a Master Injector, a distinction that reflects her elite level of skill and dedication to continued education.
As co-founder of GlamWright and Beyond Beauty, Tasha has helped transform the traditional med spa model into a luxury lifestyle brand—introducing a proprietary line of medical-grade skincare, signature fragrances, and exclusive designer jackets that embody confidence, sophistication, and modern glamour.
Her approach is deeply personal. She believes every patient deserves to feel seen, understood, and empowered—and that true beauty lies in confidence, not perfection.

Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, NMD

Dr. Anna Mkrtchyan, known as Dr. MK, is a board-certified Naturopathic Medical Doctor and the Medical Director of Glam Medical Boutique. She specializes in non-invasive cosmetic rejuvenation, anti-aging medicine, and full-body optimization.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Penn State University, Dr. MK received her doctorate from Sonoran University in the Phoenix area. Although she began her career in pediatrics, her passion for aesthetic medicine led her to pursue advanced training in dermatology, laser rejuvenation, and cosmetic enhancement of the face and body.
She is highly experienced in injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Kybella, Restylane, Radiesse, and Bellafill, utilizing both needle and advanced cannula techniques to deliver precise, natural-looking results with minimal downtime.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. MK has held executive leadership roles such as Vice President of Medical Affairs, Regional Medical Director, and Director of Corporate Training. She currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for a medical device company and is deeply involved in training and mentoring other medical providers entering the aesthetic field.
Her philosophy centers on treating the whole patient—integrating services such as hormone optimization, sexual health, weight management, peptide therapy, hair restoration, and IV therapy to enhance beauty from the inside out. Her medical career is built by the motto, “Everyone will notice and no one will know.”
Kelly Ortez
Licensed Esthetician
Kelly Ortez is a highly experienced esthetician with over 17 years in the beauty industry, specializing in advanced skin treatments and precision brow artistry. Her expertise spans cosmetic microneedling, microblading, microcurrent, chemical peels, and full-body waxing—with a signature focus on creating the perfect brow.
Having built her career between Los Angeles and Phoenix, Kelly brings a unique blend of Hollywood-level skin expertise and results-driven treatments to her clients. Known for her intuitive approach and transformative results, she combines technique, education, and personalized care to deliver what she calls true “skin training.”
Now expanding her presence in a new city, Kelly invites you to experience her signature touch—where science meets artistry—with her alter ego, “The Skin Witch.”
